Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

AJ Fayetteville Concrete Construction, fayettevilleconcreteconstruction.com, team@fayettevilleconcreteconstruction.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the AJ Fayetteville Concrete Construction website and any work you ask us to quote or do. By using the site, calling us or booking a job, you agree to them, so please read them before you do.

If a written estimate or contract we both sign says something different from this page, the signed document wins for that job.

What we do

AJ Fayetteville Concrete Construction is a concrete contractor in Fayetteville, AR. We pour and repair driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps, garage floors, slabs, footings, foundations and retaining walls, and we do decorative work, stamped concrete and concrete cutting. You can see the full list on our home page, and read more about our crew on our About page.

What we show on this site is general information about the trade and our services. It isn't an offer to do a particular job at a particular price, because every job depends on what we find at your house.

Estimates and pricing

We give free on-site estimates, with no pressure and no obligation. We look at the area, the ground under it, how water runs off it and how we'll get equipment in, because those things decide the price more than the size alone does.

An estimate is our best figure based on what we can see before work starts. If we dig out and find something nobody could see on day one, like soft or wet ground, old concrete, buried debris or roots, we'll stop, tell you what we found and what it adds, and wait for your okay before we do the extra work.

Changes you ask for after we agree on a price, such as a bigger area, a different finish or added steel, can change the cost and the schedule. We'll confirm any change with you before we do it.

Unless the estimate says otherwise, it's good for 30 days. Material costs move, so after that we may need to update it.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We'll give you a start date when you book, but concrete work depends on the weather. If rain, freezing temperatures or extreme heat would hurt the pour, we'll move the date and let you know as soon as we can, because a slab poured in bad conditions is a slab that fails early.

Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, utility locates, inspections or anything else outside our control aren't a breach of our agreement, and we'll get back on your job as soon as conditions allow.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (479) 598-4435 as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered materials or started work, you'll pay for materials we can't return and for work already done.

Your part of the job

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to tell us about anything we can't see, like sprinkler lines, septic or drain pipes, private wiring or a property line you aren't sure of. We aren't responsible for damage to buried lines or items you didn't tell us about.

Your signed estimate or contract says who handles any permit or neighborhood approval the job needs. Once the concrete is poured, follow the curing times we give you before you walk or drive on it, because loading a slab too early is one of the most common reasons it cracks.

Payment

Your estimate or contract sets the payment schedule, including any deposit and when the balance is due. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is done.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and you'll be responsible for reasonable costs we pay to collect what's owed, as Arkansas law allows.

What concrete does and doesn't promise

We prepare the base, place steel where the job calls for it and cut control joints, the grooves that give the slab a planned place to crack, so cracking stays where we chose. Even so, concrete shrinks as it cures and moves with the ground, so small hairline cracks can happen on any slab and aren't a defect by themselves.

Color, texture and finish can vary from one pour to the next and from samples or photos, including on stamped and decorative work. We don't promise an exact match to existing concrete.

Unless we give you a written warranty for a job, our work is provided without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent Arkansas law allows. We aren't responsible for damage caused by heavy loads the slab wasn't built for, deicing salts, poor drainage from other parts of your property, ground movement, tree roots, flooding or changes made by someone else after we finish.

Limits on our liability

AJ Fayetteville Concrete Construction is licensed and fully insured. Even so, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost use of your driveway, rental costs or lost income, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.

Using this website

The information on this site is for general guidance and may change without notice. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or current, and you shouldn't rely on it in place of an on-site estimate.

Links to outside websites are there for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

The text, photos and logo on this site belong to AJ Fayetteville Concrete Construction. Please don't copy them for business use without our written permission.

If we disagree

If you're unhappy with any part of our work, call us first. Most problems get settled quickly once we come back out and look at the slab together, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before either of us goes to court, unless a deadline would be missed by waiting.

Which law applies

These terms and any job we do are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any lawsuit about them will be brought in the state or federal courts that serve Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies. Changes won't affect a job already covered by a signed estimate or contract.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
