About our concrete contractor team in Fayetteville

Careful concrete work for Fayetteville homes

I learned concrete on a city public works crew, pouring sidewalks, curbs and the odd wall, and in 2020 I started this business to bring that same careful work to homes and businesses in Fayetteville. Most of our calls come from homeowners, home builders and small property owners, and most of what we pour is flatwork, the driveways, patios, walks and slabs that lie on the ground. You can find the work we do on our home page.

What I care about most is the part you can't see once it's poured, like the ground underneath, the drainage and the joints. A new slab looks the same on day one either way, and you only find out years later. So I'd rather you understand your job than just sign for it, and I don't mind questions. If you've got one, send it our way.

How our crew works on your job

  • You deal with me start to finish

I come out to look at the job myself, measure, talk through your options and send a written estimate you can take your time with. Our crew handles the prep, forming, pouring and finishing, and I'm on site running it right through the last walk around.

  • Ground and drainage before the truck

We dig out and pack the subgrade, the dirt and base your slab sits on, and work out where the water runs so it heads away from the house. That prep is the first thing people want to trim from a budget, and it's the part that decides whether your slab settles years from now.

  • Straight talk about cracks

We cut control joints, shallow grooves that give the slab a planned place to crack, so cracks don't wander wherever they like. I'll still tell you up front that concrete can crack a little, and why, so you know what to expect.

  • Permits sorted with the city

Before we set a date, I check with the building office in the city where your job is, and if a permit's needed we handle the paperwork and line up the inspections. In Fayetteville that permit keeps a record of the work with the city and Washington County, and the city notes that work done without one may lower your home's value.
